If so, this is your report. Each week, you’ll find a cross section of studs and journeymen. In addition, you might even find a player that looks to be a real reach. Regardless of their current status, all the men on this report have one thing in common --- they all look to be bargains --- this week.

Note: this report does not override our Sortable Weekly Cheat Sheets. In fact, it’s based on it. Here we're highlighting the bargains --- players we likely have ranked higher than most of your competitors.

NFL Week #2

QB Jon Kitna vs. Vikings (4for4 Weekly Rank = 3, Average Site = 9)
The Lions might just be forced to pass the ball 80% or more in this game, especially if they fall behind early. The Vikings run defense is among the best in the league and the Lions just have to many weapons for Vikings secondary. Add it all up and Kitna should be very active this weekend.


QB Jake Delhomme vs. Texans (4for4 Weekly Rank = 8, Average Site = 13)
The Texans have some rising studs on defense with Mario Williams and DeMeco Ryans leading the way. Still, we like Jake Delhomme’s chances against Houston’s secondary. We just don’t see Demarcus Faggins keeping up with Steve Smith and if they double Smith, Texans cornerback Dunta Robinson will have issues with Colbert and/or Drew. While we acknowledge that Mario Williams will be a beast, the fact Carolina won’t use the TE in passing routes only tells us they can keep Jeff King on max protect coverage and not skip a beat in passing situations. On top of all that, the matchups up front tell us Carolina will be better passing in the redzone, not running it up the gut. All good news for Jake’s Fantasy stats.


QB David Garrard vs. Falcons (4for4 Weekly Rank = 12, Average Site = 20)
Now that he's the starting QB in Jacksonville, Garrard should at least jump onto the radar as a possible starter especially at home against the Falcons. Yet many FF managers continue to ignore him. Also keep in mind he may scramble a bit to get you a few extra points. Bottom Line? If you need a 3rd tier FF QB to step up this week give Garrard a hard look.


RB Edge James vs. Seahawks (4for4 Weekly Rank = 8, Average Site = 13)
Once again James looked decent running behind Arizona's revamped offensive line. New coach Ken Whisenhunt clearly wants to establish the running game. Last week James appeared in this space as 4for4.com’s 7th ranked RB (average site = 15). James delivered with 112-yards and a TD. If all goes well this week, he's going to get another 25+ touches.


RB Cedric Benson vs. Chiefs (4for4 Weekly Rank = 11, Average Site = 20)
The Chiefs defense is small and built for speed and Benson should be able to run it hard inside the tackle box against this group. While week one did not go well, keep in mind this guy really does have tremendous power and makes defenders pay each time they tackle him. Add it all up and Benson could crack the top-10 RB list in week two. With most devaluing him, we see a bargain in the making.


RB Brandon Jackson vs. Giants (4for4 Weekly Rank = 16, Average Site = 25)
Jackson looks to be an adequate inside NFL runner and he should be able to get past the Giants front line more often than not this week. While Jackson likely won’t break many long runs against New York, he should get 20+ carries and catch a few balls as well. In turn, his stats will follow. Look for Jackson to finish with close to 100 total yards and perhaps a TD. Not bad for a guy most only consider a #3 RB this weekend.


RB Derrick Ward vs. Packers (4for4 Weekly Rank = 17, Average Site = 34)
Ward is a solid start this week and should get the bulk of the carries. With 15+ carries, he’s more than capable of a big cutback run against the Packers. Keep in mind the Giants have a decent offensive line, especially when it comes to run blocking. Ward looks undervalued this week against the Packers.


RB Najeh Davenport vs. Bills (4for4 Weekly Rank = 39, Average Site = 55+)
Davenport told us this week that he's going into the game on third downs no matter what or where the Steelers are. As he showed last week, he can be effective in that role. Along with that third-down role, Davenport is also going to get some short-yardage work. And if the Steelers get up early on Buffalo, they will pound the ball, which could mean more opportunities for Davenport. The Steelers are licking his chops after watching film of Denver running through Buffalo's defense for 171 yards last week. Add it all up and Davenport is a possible #4 RB this week, yet the more casual fan has him ranked as a #6 RB. That makes Davenport a value this weekend.


WR Santonio Holmes vs. Bills (4for4 Weekly Rank = 9, Average Site = 25)
As he proved last week, Holmes is emerging as a solid deep threat for the Steelers. We don't see a lot of downside with Holmes at this point other than the fact the Steelers could again get a big lead early on Buffalo as they did Cleveland last week. Overall, Holmes is a good play again this week. Keep him in the lineup.


WR Bernard Berrian vs. KC (4for4 Weekly Rank = 16, Average Site = 26)
You have to like the way Berrian runs his routes - textbook precision and he rarely drops the ball. Sure he’s never going to be the most physical receiver but in man-to-man coverage against KC’s Ty Law or Patrick Surtain, Berrian has way too much speed and gets a huge nod in open space. When KC goes to their quirky cover two, Berrian will round off his rounds for some decent intermediate gains along the sidelines. The bottom line is good yardage, some big plays deep but perhaps not as much in the redzone as Law and Surtain have too much muscle. Still, on balance, Berrian is a must start #2 WR for most fantasy teams this week.


WR Drew Carter vs. Texans (4for4 Weekly Rank = 30, Average Site = 65+)
If Carolina’s game against the Rams showed anything, it is that Carter can be a very viable redzone weapon. Delhomme could target him again in this game if Smith is bottled up. If you’re thinking of starting him as your #4 WR you could do worse as Carter seems comfortable with those short cross routes and his confidence must be high right now.


TE Heath Miller vs. Bills (4for4 Weekly Rank = 5, Average Site = 13)
Miller is coming off a solid game against Cleveland and as long as the Steelers' rushing attack continues to force teams to load up in the box, he'll keep on getting his catches.
