An Autobiography
I have been on the dieting rollercoaster since I was 18 and managed to diet myself up to 200lbs from 130 lbs. Looking back on my photos, I now realize that I wasn't fat at all. I eschew diets and see them as the #1 enemy of women and men's health today. I'
ve started to really love how I look in the mirror and to take care of my health rather than obsess over some ridiculous ideal weight.
It all started one night a couple of years ago when I happened to be naked with the exception of thigh-high boots on looking at myself in the mirror. I was pretty damn sexy looking. I haven't flirted with another diet since then.
