I am a dorky graduate student and fat activist at Purdue University. I study gender, sexuality, and fat studies. I am co-organizer of MAFRAD, which stands for Media Advocacy for Fat Representation and Anti-Defamation; we are currently finishing up the first version of our media guide. I am also a member of COFRA and was able to attend Think Tank II.
Also, on other parts of the internets (including other fatosphere blogs), I go by withoutscene. Not sure how that happened.
