I'm an optimistic docent in a science museum. I love cooking, writing, and Jesus.
My love of cooking is partially because I have recently discovered I have a food allergy. I cannot eat gluten. This means I cannot eat many processed foods and most fast food restaurants are off limits. I am learning how to cook great food within the scope of my dietary restrictions. I am a major advocate of real, delicious food. I think our country's obsession with weight and nutrition is a shame because it keeps people from enjoying good food.
