An Autobiography
I'm Valerie, a mom to 6 children, married 28 years. I'm 48 years old and recently became a grandma for the first time. I've home-schooled our children for 19 years, with one currently in public school.
Fat acceptance is new to me. It has been exactly one week ago that I decided that I am never going to diet again. I've screwed my body up for 20 years; now it is time to get to know my body just as it is, to love me just as I am.
