An Autobiography
I was on my first diet when I was in 2nd grade! I remember times when my best friend and I would run out of the house when our moms tried to weigh us. I am 21 years old now and I have spent a good 13 years of it trying to lose the weight I didn't have to in the first place! I am at a point where enough is enough! I want to be able to enjoy my body, instead of being ashamed of it!
