An Autobiography
I am 52 years old. Except for a brief period in my late teen years and twenties, I have always been fat. Currently, I weigh 268, and I am 5'2".
I had a poor self/body image most of my life even when my weight was socially acceptable. It is only in recent years that I've truly come to accept my entire person--weight included.
