I have been struggling with my weight since the age of four. I was put on my first diet at the age of eight and have dieted my way up to over 400 pounds. I found a wonderful therapist in 2007 who gave me the book Intuitive Reading to read, and it has changed my life already.
I blog about eating disorders, dieting (in the past tense - and how it does not work) and WLS (which I was pressured to have but never did, and how grateful I am for that decision) and I blog about my journey to Intuitive Eating, as well as body acceptance. I want all women to love themselves as they are today... and I hope to help a few by sharing my own struggles.
