I have been reading BFB for a couple of years and would like the opportunity to comment on some of the topics from time to time. For me, BFB is an oasis of sanity in a fat phobic culture. I chose never to diet again after a bout with anorexia when I was in high school 30 years ago. I want to talk back to that critical voice in my head ( and in our culture) that still says I am less attractive than thin women simply because I am fat.
