Wonderful!
Anyone know her contact information? Because I think she's totally awesome. Viva la revolucion!
She's a friend of my daughter's. She models for our clothing line. She lives in Los Angeles. You can contact me to get in touch her. Just go to our website and send us a comment from there asking to be put in touch with her. www.jahqoi.com. And Joy is the model who's wearing the Rodeo Drive dress (the print one).
She is a very talented actress and model. I'm glad she's getting the attention she deserves. She also has a commercial audition on YouTube... but I don't know the name of it. I'll have to check with her and find out.

Yes, but will she consider running for president?
Jenny,
Our site was down for a while, so I don't know if you tried to contact me about Joy Nash. If you still want to get in touch with her, you can write me from our site www.jahqoi.com. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.
I love this!

Lovin' that. I think I'll send the link to my sister, too. She's not completely over to 'the sunny side' just yet.
I think WOW says it all.
I want to be her when I grow up! Seriously, if I'd seen something like this in my 20s, my life might have turned out completely differently.
That was fantastic! I appreciated her point about how some people think the only thing that's "wrong" with them in the eyes of others is their weight, so they don't work on the meaningful issues in their lives. I hadn't thought of that before, but there is a ring of truth to it. It's also symptomatic of a culture that teaches (primarily) women to focus almost exclusively on their appearance as viewed through the eyes of others. They may honestly believe their weight is the reason people don't like them, or is the only thing holding them back. What do diets sell, after all, but the idea that "when you are thin, life will be perfect"? It's naive and self-destructive, as she rightly points out, but it's persistent.
This chick is awesome and gorgeous.
I like her friend, the "bad example" person in various wigs. I think she's a hoot too.
She's a right on babe!
That was fun! She's a lot of fun to listen to and watch also. I love me an eloquent woman.
I LOVE this video! The part where she's going on and on about why the guy didn't notice her just cracked me up. Of course, there's always the possibility that he's already taken and faithful or that he's gay but that didn't come up hahaha....
I would love to put this up at my myspace profile except I don't like how that term ge-to is used. Otherwise, she did a great job.
She was just on Entertainment Tonight June 9!!! It was great. She got to speak her mind, with no sanctimonious "counterpoint" from a "responsible expert" and with no snarky comments from the interviewer. It was totally positive. Amazing!
I got to see Joy re-enact this on stage last night at Fat Girl Speaks. It's just as cool live!
